Reporting to the financial controller this candidate will be responsible for and assisting with completing the following duties... Assist with day-to-day finance and accounting activities. Perform supplier and customer account reconciliations. Assist with bank reconciliations and cash management activities. Support month-end accounting processes. Assist with payroll administration and related finance tasks. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Assist with financial reporting and management information. Support process improvement initiatives and systems development within the finance function. Provide general administrative support to the finance team as required. Your skills & experience Previous experience in an accounts, bookkeeping, finance administration or similar role. Experience using Xero accounting software. Experience working within the construction industry or a project-based environment. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
