About the Company: HireIQ are delighted to be partnering with a long-established Northern Ireland Practice to recruit an Audit & Accounts Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys a split between audit and accounts, and is seeking an opportunity to work with a varied client portfolio. About the role: Managing a portfolio of accounts and audit clients Preparing and reviewing accounts Leading and delivering statutory audits from planning through to completion Preparing management accounts and financial statements Supporting clients with accounting and technical queries Reviewing work prepared by junior team members Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact Developing junior staff Working closely with Senior Managers and Partners on more complex assignments About you: ACA or ACCA qualified. Minimum 2 years PQE with audit experience Accounts preparation experience Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting frameworks (FRS 102, IFRS advantageous). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience using audit software. Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to manage deadlines, prioritise workload, and work effectively as part of a team.
