An excellent opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused and data-driven Business Analyst to join a well-established and evolving organisation based in Lisburn. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into actionable insight, supporting business performance, and driving continuous improvement across multiple functions.
What Youll Do:
- Provide timely analytical, commercial, and decision support to the Commercial Team and key stakeholders
- Support operational and production teams with data analysis and reporting
- Build and develop visual dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar) to enable data-driven decision making
- Work with power users to enhance reporting capabilities across operational and production data
- Maintain and improve data used within pricing processes
- Ensure accuracy of product costing data, supporting day-to-day sales and commercial decisions
- Analyse, interpret and present data insights, recommending actions to improve performance
- Support the development of pricing best practices across the business
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data usage and reporting processes

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data clearly
- Experience using Power BI or similar data visualisation tools
- Good working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
