About the Company

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead audit engagements, manage client relationships and support the development of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of audit clients across a range of industries
- Planning, coordinating and reviewing audit assignments from start to completion
- Leading audit teams and overseeing fieldwork
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Reviewing financial statements and ensuring compliance with relevant standards
- Supporting business development and identifying opportunities within the client base
- Mentoring and developing junior and trainee staff
- Working closely with Partners on strategic and technical matters
About You:
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Previous audit experience within an accountancy practice
- Experience managing audit assignments and client relationships
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing and financial reporting standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively
