About the Job
Reporting into the senior finance team, you will be responsible for supporting a range of accounting and reporting activities, while developing your technical skills and industry knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Monitor budgets and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Support the month-end and year-end close process
- Complete weekly bank reconciliations and assist with cashflow forecasts
- Maintain financial controls and ensure accurate records are kept
- Prepare statutory accounts and management reports
- Respond to accounting queries and support system users
- Conduct financial checks and resolve compliance issues
- Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture
- Continuously develop knowledge and skills in line with industry standards
