About the Job Reporting to the Financial Operations Director, the Purchase Ledger Manager will lead and manage the Accounts Payable function, overseeing a team and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments. The role will also play a key part in the Groups transition to a shared service centre finance model. Manage the end-to-end purchase ledger process. Oversee supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate supplier master data and ensure compliance with company policies. Lead, develop and motivate the Purchase Ledger team. Set performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews. Provide training and support to promote continuous improvement. Prepare and review weekly and monthly payment runs. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies and audit requirements. Support the implementation and rollout of the new ERP system and the development of the shared service centre model. Significant experience owning an end-to-end Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger function within a complex organisation or group. Previous experience managing, developing and motivating a finance team. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with proven experience in data management and analysis. Experience of ERP implementation or finance transformation would be advantageous. Skills: Accounts Payable
