Join a motivated and results-driven Finance team based at the Company’s head office in Lisburn. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Finance Assistant with Credit Control experience to manage key finance transactions, support month-end processes, and contribute to the ongoing success of a growing business. The role offers scope for personal development while working within a collaborative and dynamic environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a finance role
- Experience using Sage Line 50
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Import customer invoices from software and upload onto Sage 50 Accounts
- Chase overdue payments via phone, email, and written communication
- Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Manage credit control, maintaining accurate customer accounts and sending statements
- Process bank reconciliations, including foreign currency accounts
- Accurately allocate costs to overheads
