HireIQ are pleased to be partnering with a well-regarded, values driven organisation to appoint an Interim Head of Finance in Newry. This is a pivotal leadership role, taking responsibility for the finance function while working closely with the CEO to support and shape the organisations ongoing strategic direction.
About the job:
- Full oversight of the day to day of the finance function overseeing a small, established finance team of 5.
- Supporting long-term growth and sustainability, while managing strategic financial risk.
- Leading the preparation of monthly management accounts, annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Delivering clear financial analysis and risk insight to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Ensuring robust controls, systems and processes across payroll, income and cashflow.
- Carrying out additional duties as set out in the full job description.
About you:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or QBE Considered with relevant experience.
- Strong management or leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Industry or 3rd sector experience.
