Key Responsibilities: Own all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow Lead month-end and year-end close processes Provide strategic insight and challenge to commercial decisions Manage financial controls and compliance (including audit, tax, and statutory reporting) Business partner with commercial, ops and supply chain teams to improve margins and efficiency Drive process improvement across finance and operations Manage and develop the finance team Your Experience Fully Qualified Accountant Experience working within Manufacturing Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work Skills: Business partnering Accounting Management Accounting Financial Reporting
