This role would suit an ambitious finance professional stepping into their first Head of Finance/Financial Controller position, or equally an experienced individual used to operating at this level, who is seeking greater ownership and influence within a more agile environment.

About the Job:

  • Lead and develop a small finance team, with full ownership of the function
  • Oversee daily finance operations
  • Prepare management accounts, forecasts, budgets, and cash flow reporting
  • Liaise with auditors, funders, and tax advisors, ensuring compliance
  • Provide financial analysis to support growth and cost-saving initiatives
  • Improve finance systems, controls, and group-wide processes

About you:

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA)
  • Proven financial leadership experience with strong reporting expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams while managing complex stakeholder relationships.
