A market leading business in the Co. Antrim area are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded FP&A Manager to join their growing team, working closely with a highly experienced CFO. This role will involve working as part of a strong finance team, working with senior stakeholders and building out a successful FP&A function.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing the finance team
  • Oversight of financial control and reporting
  • Managing and developing finance staff
  • Preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Business partnering with commercial teams
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in an industry setting
  • Proactive and influential, capable of driving change
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
