Keep accounting policies and internal controls aligned across all business units. Lead the month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting processes. Manage statutory accounts, external audits and required regulatory filings. Lead and support a team of accountants at various levels. Build strong working relationships across the wider business. Work with senior leadership to support key projects and overall finance objectives. Requirements: Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior finance staff and both internal and external auditors.
