This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant looking to take the next step in their career. Responsibilities: Produce accurate, timely financial reports for senior management. Keep accounting policies and internal controls aligned across all business units. Lead the month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting processes. Manage statutory accounts, external audits and required regulatory filings. Lead and support a team of accountants at various levels. Build strong working relationships across the wider business. Work with senior leadership to support key projects and overall finance objectives. Requirements: Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior finance staff and both internal and external auditors. Proactive, able to manage your own workload while helping the team prioritise theirs.
