Our client is a leading business based in the Enniskillen area, offering a highly influential role within a well-established finance function. This role would suit an ambitious finance professional stepping into their first Head of Finance position, or equally an experienced individual used to operating at this level, who is seeking greater ownership and influence within a more agile environment.
About the Job:
- Commercial analysis and business partnering with operational teams
- Monitoring project performance, costs and margins
- Working closely with senior management and the wider Group
- Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Leading and developing a high performing finance team
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting and financial performance
- Cash flow and working capital management
- Ownership of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
- Group reporting and working closely with senior management
- Statutory accounts, audit and financial controls
- VAT and tax compliance, ensuring all relevant returns are accurate and submitted on time
About you:
- Qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA)
- Multi jurisdictional experience advantageous
- Proven financial leadership experience with strong reporting expertise
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams while managing complex stakeholder relationships
