Youll oversee a small finance team and take a hands-on approach across the full finance function. The role would suit a senior finance professional who enjoys being involved in both the day-to-day and commercial aspects of the finance function, with the opportunity to work closely with the wider management team. About the job: Take full ownership of the site finance function, including month-end, year-end, P&L, cash flow and financial reporting. Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and planning process, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives. Provide commercial financial insight across pricing, product costing, investment and key business decisions. Oversee monthly management reporting, variance analysis and financial performance, partnering closely with senior stakeholders. Ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements are met, including VAT, PAYE, Corporation Tax and Intrastat reporting. Manage the payroll function and ensure accurate and timely processing. Support wider business strategy, process improvement and financial controls across the site. Act as a key finance partner to the Senior Management Team, providing financial insight to support growth and performance.
