About the company:
HireIQ are delighted to be partnering with a leading company in the recruitment of a Group Financial Accountant. This is an exciting time to join the business as they continue to strengthen their finance function. The role is a newly created position, offering a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-established finance team with great exposure working closely with the senior management team.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and reporting
- Producing supporting schedules and reconciliations
- Supporting consolidated group reporting and monthly management packs
- Exposure to treasury and intercompany processes
- Involvement in statutory accounts preparation and audit support
- Supporting process improvements and internal controls
- Ad hoc project work as the role develops
Requirements:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CTA
- Ideal role for a Newly Qualified/Recently Qualified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player who can work collaboratively
