About the Job
Reporting to the Company Accountant, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of the companies accounts function:
- Sales ledger: resolve customer queries, allocate receipts in line with remittances, credit control
- Purchase ledger: invoice entry, creditor reconciliations, resolve supplier queries
- Bank reconciliations
- UK/ROI VAT returns
- EC sales lists
- Intrastat returns
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis
- Stock takes and stock reconciliations
- Supplementary declarations
