About the Company
A growing business based in Dromore which operates throughout the UK and Ireland. Due to growth within the business they are needing to add to their existing finance team either an experienced Accounts Assistant/ Assistant Accountant.
About the Job
Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for assisting with and executing the following duties:
- Purchase and sales ledger management
- Multi-currency bank reconciliations
- VAT returns and statutory submissions
- Assisting with monthly management accounts preparation
- Processing supplier payments and managing customer accounts
- Weekly and four-weekly payroll processing through Sage 50 (full training provided)
- Posting payroll journals and maintaining accurate financial records
- Intercompany reconciliations and general finance support
Your skills & experience
- Previous experience in a busy financial environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel
- ATI Qualified (Desirable)
