I am working with a well-established organisation to recruit a Finance Officer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy finance team supporting a varied workload across financial administration, client accounts, invoicing, reconciliations, and general finance duties.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience within a Finance, Accounts, or Finance Administration role
  • Experience using Sage 50 Accounts or similar accounting software
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and general IT skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage confidential financial information professionally
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload to deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records
  • Manage client accounts and update finance databases
  • Complete bank reconciliations and process online banking transactions
  • Support accounts payable, financial processing, and general finance administration
  • Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and month-end activities
  • Liaise with government bodies and external stakeholders regarding financial matters
