About the company
This is a newly created position for a Company Accountant to join a market leading business in the Northwest. The business is currently enjoying strong growth and as a result are looking for an ambitious candidate who can support their Head of Finance and play a key role in this established finance team.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts
- Preparing year-end financial statements
- Cashflow management
- KPI reporting
- Business partnering with commercial leaders across the business
- Budgeting/forecasting and variance analysis
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement across the finance function
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or qualified by experience in a similar role
- Strong IT Skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
