Our client is an industry leading business and you will be based in the Craigavon area. Now is a great time to join their team as they look to further add to their finance function. Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate, timely financial reports for senior management.
- Keep accounting policies and internal controls aligned across all business units.
- Lead the month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting processes.
- Manage statutory accounts, external audits and required regulatory filings.
- Lead and support a team of accountants at various levels.
- Build strong working relationships across the wider business.
- Work with senior leadership to support key projects and overall finance objectives.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior finance staff and both internal and external auditors.
- Comfortable challenging existing ways of working and proposing practical improvements.
- Proactive, able to manage your own workload while helping the team prioritise theirs.
