As Corporate Finance Manager, you will play a key role in delivering corporate finance and advisory projects for a varied and high-quality client base. You will work closely with Partners, Directors and senior stakeholders across live transactions, supporting clients through acquisitions, disposals, fundraising, growth planning, valuations and strategic advisory projects. This is a highly commercial role where you will be involved in managing deal processes, preparing client-facing materials, leading financial analysis, coordinating workstreams and building trusted relationships with business owners, management teams, investors and other advisers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the delivery of corporate finance, M&A and transaction advisory assignments
  • Lead financial analysis, valuation work, market research and transaction documentation
  • Prepare information memoranda, pitch decks, financial models and client-facing reports
  • Support buy-side, sell-side, fundraising, growth advisory and strategic finance projects
  • Liaise directly with clients, investors, lenders, lawyers and other transaction stakeholders
  • Identify key commercial issues, value drivers, risks and opportunities across live projects
  • Manage deal workstreams, timelines and project deliverables
  • Support junior team members and contribute to their development
  • Assist Partners and Directors with business development, proposals and client pitches

The successful candidate will likely be a qualified accountant or corporate finance professional with experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Transaction Services, Deal Advisory or wider advisory work. You may currently be working within a Big 4, Top 10, mid-tier, boutique advisory firm, corporate finance house or investment environment and looking for a role that offers greater autonomy, stronger client exposure and a clearer long-term progression path. This position would suit someone who enjoys working with ambitious businesses, understands the pace of transaction-led work and wants to be part of a firm that values quality, commercial thinking and long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent qualification would be highly beneficial
  • Experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Transaction Services, Deal Advisory or advisory-led finance work
  • Strong financial analysis, valuation, modelling and report writing skills
  • Experience supporting or managing transactions, advisory projects or client workstreams
  • Good understanding of business performance, deal processes, valuation drivers and transaction dynamics
  • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and competing priorities
  • Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in M&A, business growth and the wider deals market
  • Experience gained within a practice, advisory, boutique, investment or professional services environment would be advantageous
