About the company
A market leading business in Mid-Ulster are seeking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to their growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, commercially minded accountant who is keen to accelerate their career, with excellent potential for future career progression.
The role will support the existing finance team with day-to-day duties, but also take on some commercial responsibility, acting as a key link between finance and operations.
- Providing financial insight to support decision making
- Preparation of budgets/forecasts and variance analysis
- Liaise with commercial teams across the business
- Cost analysis
- Preparation and analysis of management accounts
- Driving a culture of process improvement across the finance function
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a fast-paced industry environment
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong communication skills
