About the company:

HireIQ are partnering with a well-established, leading business with a global footprint to recruit a Commercial Finance Manager. You will gain hands-on experience in a high-performing environment, making it an excellent role to strengthen your CV and broaden your skillset, reporting to the senior finance team.

About the job:

  • Provide financial analysis and decision support to the business, with a focus on pricing and rebate programmes, ensuring proposals are accurate, fully costed, and commercially viable.
  • Analyse regional P&L performance, identify key trends and issues, and communicate insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Support monthly and ad-hoc business performance reviews across regions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reporting and assist with month-end reporting and analysis.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with Sales & Marketing teams, including sales and marketing spend planning.
  • Work with regional teams on pricing, annual price increases, ad-hoc pricing queries, and price list maintenance.
  • Ensure financial controls are in place and operating effectively across the region.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancements, and strategic projects as required.

About you:

  • Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA.
  • Big4 Training background advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced IT Skills.
  • Team player who can work collaboratively.
