About the Job

Working closely with senior members of the VAT team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing VAT advice to a varied client portfolio and internal stakeholders
  • Supporting the delivery of complex advisory and technical assignments
  • Liaising with clients, HMRC and colleagues across the wider firm
  • Identifying planning opportunities and supporting business development activities
  • Maintaining high technical and client service standards
  • Managing multiple assignments and meeting key deadlines

Previous Experience

  • ATT qualified (or equivalent) with VAT experience gained in professional practice
  • CTA qualified or studying towards CTA would be advantageous
  • Strong technical VAT knowledge and advisory experience
  • Commercially aware with an interest in developing client relationships
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Able to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across teams
