Earnings

  • Competitive base salary (completely negotiable depending on experience)

Working Hours

Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Please note: This is a fully office-based role in Belfast city centre. We do not offer hybrid or remote working.

  • Building relationships with finance and accountancy professionals across your market
  • Developing new business opportunities and winning new clients
  • Making outbound sales calls to candidates and hiring managers
  • Managing the full recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
  • Negotiating offers and closing deals
  • Building and maintaining a strong network within your market
  • Becoming a specialist within your chosen sector
  • Working towards individual and team targets
  • Generating repeat business through exceptional relationship management
