Are you an experienced recruiter with a proven track record in building and scaling temporary recruitment desks? Do you want to take ownership of a new function and leave your mark within a market-leading agency?
HireIQ is expanding. We’re seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial recruiter to establish and grow our Temporary Finance Recruitment division. You’ll join a team renowned for delivering exceptional permanent Accountancy & Finance solutions across the island of Ireland and NYC, now ready to dominate the temporary market.

About You
- Experienced in setting up a temporary function within a recruitment agency (finance sector preferred, but open to other professional temp markets)
- Proven biller with a track record of driving new business and delivering results
- Entrepreneurial mindset – thrives on autonomy, innovation, and accountability
- Ambitious to progress into Divisional Manager or Leadership roles as the function scales
