Location: Belfast City Centre (office-based, Monday-Friday)

Salary: Competitive base + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £40,000-£80,000+ proven year 1 earnings)

HireIQ is a specialist recruiter within the Accountancy & Finance sector, and due to continued growth, we are expanding our Belfast team. We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage and develop their own desk within a busy, high-demand market. This position is a full 360 role, giving you the independence to run your desk while offering excellent earning potential and genuine career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling the entire recruitment process, from winning new business through to successful placements
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent
  • Managing interviews and guiding candidates through each stage of the process
  • Providing market insight and advice to clients and candidates
  • Managing negotiations and securing offers

About You:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in recruitment or a sales-focused role
  • Motivated by targets and achieving results
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional approach with excellent communication skills
  • Driven to build a long-term career in recruitment

Earning Potential (based on current team performance):

  • Year 1: £40,000 - £50,000
  • Year 2: £50,000 - £60,000
  • Year 3: £60,000 - £80,000+
