About the Job
Reporting to the Finance function, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties:
- Processing payroll accurately and on time for employees across multiple locations
- Reviewing payroll data, identifying discrepancies and implementing necessary adjustments
- Maintaining accurate payroll records including new starters, leavers and compensation changes
- Producing monthly, quarterly and annual payroll reports
- Responding to employee payroll queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Ensuring strict confidentiality of payroll data and employee information
- Collaborating closely with HR, Finance and wider business teams to maintain compliance
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a payroll-related role
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations and statutory deductions
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables advantageous)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
