About the job:

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Group Payroll Manager will take ownership of the global payroll function, ensuring payroll operations are delivered accurately, efficiently, and compliantly across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Lead and manage the global payroll function across the organisation
  • Oversee day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of payroll professionals
  • Drive a high-quality payroll experience for employees globally
  • Lead payroll process improvement initiatives, focusing on automation, scalability, and efficiency
  • Develop and enhance payroll controls, processes, and governance frameworks
