I am working exclusively with a well-established organisation on their Finance Officer position. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive finance team in a varied role covering financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, payroll support, and compliance.
What We're Looking For:
- A recognised qualification in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent relevant experience
- At least 2 years' experience within a finance role
- Experience with financial processing, reconciliations, ledger management, and reporting
- Strong Microsoft Excel and financial systems experience
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
- Experience supporting audits, compliance, or grant-funded projects is advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Process invoices, payments, accounts payable, and accounts receivable transactions
- Assist with monthly management accounts and financial reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow monitoring activities
- Prepare variance analysis and provide financial insights to management
- Assist with payroll processing and associated reconciliations
- Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with financial procedures
