About the company

A growing business in the Greater Belfast area is seeking a Finance & Operations Business Manager to work closely with the Managing Director and senior team. This is a varied role covering finance, operations and commercial support, with responsibility for:

  • Management accounts
  • Budgeting
  • Forecasting
  • Cash flow
  • Wider business improvement

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing management accounts and financial reports
  • Managing cash flow, budgeting and forecasting
  • Developing financial dashboards and KPIs
  • Supporting commercial decision-making and business planning
  • Improving operational systems and business processes
  • Overseeing compliance, governance and office operations
  • Working closely with senior management on strategic initiatives

Requirements:

  • A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or significant relevant experience
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
  • Experience producing management accounts and financial forecasts
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive approach and a desire to improve how businesses operate
