About the Job: Based at the Belfast Head Office, you will join the finance support function and play a key role in maintaining accurate financial operations across the business. This role offers hands-on exposure to core finance processes and the opportunity to build a solid foundation in financial services within a fast-paced environment. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you develop your skills and progress within the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing and reconciling daily financial transactions
  • Reviewing remittance details and ensuring accurate allocations
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders regarding payments and balances
  • Handling ad-hoc finance queries and same-day operational requests
  • Verifying financial documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Supporting daily cashflow and banking records
  • Assisting with financial recordkeeping and audit preparation
  • Working closely with showroom and departmental teams to provide finance support

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline or relevant practical finance experience
  • Strong numerical and analytical ability
  • Confident using spreadsheets and financial systems
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a busy finance environment
