I am working with a well-established and growing property-focused organisation on their Credit Controller position. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy finance team, taking ownership of debt management and payments while working closely with internal stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Credit Control role (minimum 1 year essential)
- Strong credit control skills with confident and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to analyse financial information and resolve discrepancies
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Experience in accounts payable is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal teams and external clients
Key Responsibilities:
- Chase outstanding debts and ensure timely payment from tenants
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and negotiate payment arrangements with debtors
- Resolve account discrepancies efficiently and accurately
