About the Job
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties:
- Process weekly, monthly payroll CIS submissions (full training provided)
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data
- Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and pension requirements
- Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations
- Liaise with HMRC and provide payroll support
Previous experience:
- Previous payroll or similar payment processing experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good working knowledge of payroll legislation and best practice
- Proficient using computerised payroll/software systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
