Assist with month-end and year-end accounting processes Prepare and post journals, including accruals, prepayments and other adjustments. Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts and general ledger accounts. Support the analysis of material, labour and overhead costs. Assist with production costings and review manufacturing variances. Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow reporting. Assist with reviewing expenses, payroll records etc as assigned. Assist with VAT/tax reporting and other statutory requirements. Preparation of data for internal and external account audits. Undertake ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required. Skills and Experience BSc Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline. Good knowledge of fundamental accounting principles. Highly numerate with strong attention to detail. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, experience with ERP/accounting systems is advantageous. Organised and able to manage competing priorities.
