About the company:

HireIQ are partnering with a well-established, leading business as they hire for a Management Accountant, with this newly created role due to continued growth. You will gain hands-on experience in a high-performing environment, making it an excellent role to strengthen your CV and is ideally suited to a qualified accountant, keen to take more ownership and broaden their skillset, reporting to the Financial Controller.

About the job:

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Analysis and review of monthly management accounts
  • Support enhancements to the organisations ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Preparation of cash flow forecasts
  • Support with budget preparation and planning
  • Performance analysis across contracts to identify trends and variances
  • Preparation of financial reporting and analysis for senior management and wider business teams
  • Leadership and support of the finance team
  • Ad hoc duties as required to support business needs

About you:

  • Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Industry experience preferable
  • Experience working in ROI preferable
  • Team player who can work collaboratively
