This is a hands-on, on-site Finance Director/Head of Finance role in a fast-scaling international e-commerce group. The role goes beyond reporting; it includes ownership of working capital, support on debt facilities, and a key role in cross-border supply chain strategy and expansion. Responsibilities:
- Oversight of day-to-day financial operations and controls
- Acting as a key partner to the CFO across strategic and operational initiatives
- Driving performance across cashflow, margins, and working capital
- Business partnering with commercial teams across the business
- Leading finance input into international expansion and supply chain strategy
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the finance function, developing key systems and processes

Requirements:
- Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong experience at Finance Director/Head of Finance/Financial Controller level
