About the Job

Reporting to the Finance Controller and working as part of a busy finance team, the successful candidate will take responsibility for Accounts Payable as well as assisting with Journals, month end, VAT, bank reconciliations, and payment runs. This role requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work to strict payroll deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing Accounts Payable including payment runs
  • Completing bank reconciliations and supplier payments
  • Assisting with VAT returns and general finance administration
  • Supporting the wider finance function with ad hoc duties as required

  • Experience in Accounts Payable
  • Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
