This presents an exceptional opportunity for an experienced finance leader to take the next step in their career, working closely with and reporting directly to the CFO. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Ensure the accuracy of financial reports, including profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Oversee budgeting and Forecasting Cash Flow Management Risk Management Leadership and Team Management Ensure effective cost management and profitability monitoring across all projects Tax Planning and Compliance Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process Managing year end audit process Your Experience: Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with 5+ years post qual experience Proven leadership and team development capabilities, coupled with excellent people management skills.
