About the Job
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Accounts Assistant will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties:
- Process sales and purchase transactions accurately
- Bank Reconciliations
- VAT Returns
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve queries
- Support order processing and customer invoicing
- Maintain financial records and match invoices to delivery notes
- Assist with payroll and provide cover when required
- Support purchase requisitions and supplier queries
- Assist with Intrastat, reconciliations, and month-end tasks
Previous experience:
- Previous experience working in a busy office environment
- Hold an Accounts Technician Qualification (Desirable)
- Experience Using Sage (Desirable)
