About the job
- Reporting to the Company Accountant you will be responsible for and assisting with the following duties:
- Maintain and reconcile sales ledgers
- Maintain and reconcile purchase ledgers
- Manage accounts receivable and payable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Assisting and maintaining the operation of a PO System
- General Accounts Administration
Your skills & experience
- Experience of working in an administration role (Essential)
- Experience working in a finance admin/accounts assistant position (Desirable)
- Currently studying toward IATI or equivalent (Desirable and full study support can be provided)
- Experience using Sage50
- Have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
