About the Opportunity
We are working with a high-growth, profitable bootstrapped business to hire a Founder’s Associate. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the CEO of a profitable and rapidly scaling company supporting students in securing roles with leading organisations such as Amazon, Deloitte, EY, and HSBC.
In under two years, the business has generated £1.5M+ in revenue, achieved 250+ successful placements, and built a significant digital presence reaching millions organically. You will join at a critical stage of growth, helping scale the business from £50k to £125k+ monthly revenue while maintaining operational quality and performance.
The Role
This is a highly dynamic, hands-on role working directly with the CEO. There is no fixed scope — you will focus on solving the company’s most important challenges at any given time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing high-impact strategic projects end-to-end
- Identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions
- Building internal systems, processes, and documentation (SOPs, dashboards)
- Working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, operations, and customer support
- Acting as a key partner to the CEO to ensure priorities are executed effectively
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, scale-up, or similar)
- Experience working in small, high-performance teams
- Strong problem-solving ability with a structured approach
- Proven ability to take initiative and operate independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership
- Consistently communicate with the rest of the staff members
