Hirehoot is supporting a high-growth B2B SaaS company in hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager/ Competitive Intelligence, a high-impact role at the intersection of Growth, Revenue, and Strategy. If you love dissecting competitors, shaping narratives, and turning insight into commercial firepower, this role puts you at the centre of the revenue engine.
What you’ll own:
- Build and run a high-impact compete program tracking key players and emerging threats
- Translate competitor noise (product, pricing, GTM, narrative) into actionable signal
- Maintain battlecards, teardowns, and segment insights that keep teams two steps ahead
- Brief execs and frontline teams on threats and strategic opportunities
Takedown Campaigns & Offensive Plays:
- Partner with Revenue Marketing to launch compete-first campaigns
- Drive switch, win-back, and disrupt plays
- Build frameworks that scale compete activation across outbound and demand gen
Win/Loss & Strategic Insight:
- Build a closed-loop win/loss program across the funnel
- Work with RevOps to track competitive pressure across pipeline and ARR
Enablement & Field Activation:
- Equip Sales, SDRs, and CS to dismantle competitor value props with confidence
- Deliver sharp, play-ready narratives that create urgency and differentiation
- Build a strong internal “compete culture”
- Shape positioning to amplify strengths and expose competitor weaknesses
- Partner with PMM & Brand to ensure messaging lands cleanly across all touchpoints
- Surface opportunity gaps that influence product roadmap decisions
Who you are:
- Experienced Product Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, or GTM Strategy in high-growth B2B SaaS
- Strong experience in win/loss analysis, competitor research, and sales enablement
- Exceptional storyteller — decks, docs, campaigns, enablement assets
- Commercially sharp, data-informed, and decisive
