This role is being supported by Hirehoot on behalf of one of the clients. Hirehoot is supporting the search for a Founding Growth Lead (potential Co-Founder path) at a fast-growing early-stage startup building a new category in social health and relationship technology — helping people maintain meaningful friendships in an increasingly disconnected world.

What You’ll Do

  • Priority 1: Community Activation
    • Identify and activate tight-knit communities (universities, local groups, wellbeing communities, aligned brands)
    • Host events and meetups to drive adoption and build early network density
    • Run creative experiments to accelerate onboarding
    • Seed early connections between users to create instant social value
    • Build partnerships with community leaders and organizations
  • Priority 2: Product-Led Growth
    • Work closely with the product team to improve invitation and referral loops
    • Run structured growth experiments and analyze results
    • Track performance through tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and cohort analysis
    • Conduct user interviews to understand behavioural drivers behind growth
    • Document learnings and scale successful experiments
