About the Job
Hirehoot is supporting a mission‑driven Health Tech SaaS company in hiring a Head of Commercial to lead all revenue‑generating functions. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll shape the GTM strategy, build scalable revenue engines, and oversee Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll work directly with the CEO and play a central part in the company’s next phase of growth.

What you will do
- Define and execute the end‑to‑end GTM strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
- Lead, coach, and develop high‑performing Sales, Marketing, and CS teams.
- Build scalable revenue systems, processes, and reporting frameworks to drive predictable growth.
- Partner with Product and Operations to ensure commercial strategy aligns with customer needs and business goals.
Who you are
- 7–10+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS/tech commercial leadership roles.
- Strong track record in executing and operationalising revenue growth strategies.
- Experienced in aligning GTM teams and building scalable commercial processes.
- Strategic, data‑driven, and customer‑centric, thriving in fast‑scaling, purpose‑led environments.
