What the job involves
- Drive SaaS platform adoption through multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Create and optimize technical content for SEO, establishing Logfire as the go-to resource for observability best practices
- Build and nurture our email marketing program, including a technical newsletter for the developer community
- Represent & support Pydantic at conferences, meetups, and in online developer communities
- Manage social media presence with authentic, developer-focused content
- Implement growth experiments across the funnel, from awareness to activation
- Optimize our website for conversion, balancing technical depth with accessibility
- Own and improve key metrics including trial-to-paid conversion, website engagement, and content performance
- Use AI to enhance & optimize all of the above, whilst maintaining our authenticity and connection with our users
Additional Description
Ideal candidates will have experience in:
- Technical marketing or developer relations for B2B SaaS products
- Writing code and understanding developer workflows (Python, TypeScript, or similar)
- Content marketing with measurable SEO impact
- Email marketing automation and newsletter management
- Social media strategy for technical audiences
- Analytics and conversion optimization
- Growth hacking and experimentation frameworks
- AI automation tools for marketing workflows
Nice to haves include experience in:
- Observability/monitoring space (OpenTelemetry, APM tools)
