What the job involves
- Own Conversion Rate Optimization
- Map and optimize the complete customer experience from website visit through purchase and beyond
- Use analytics tools (GA4, PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to prioritize high-impact optimization opportunities
- Build data-driven customer segments using CDPs and analytics tools to personalize conversion experiences
- Focus on key conversion metrics: traffic → form completion → quote → purchase
- Identify conversion bottlenecks across our funnel and coordinate cross-functional teams to fix them
- Lead Website Experimentation
- Own our testing strategy and roadmap – identify A/B test opportunities across landing pages, forms, and checkout process
- Drive rapid experimentation with external agencies and internal teams to optimize conversion at every funnel stage
- Communicate with product and engineering teams all marketing requirements for experimentation and automation
- Scale our testing velocity and optimization processes as we grow
- Execute Marketing Automation
- Lead marketing automation – setup, management, and optimization of email and SMS campaigns
- Build and test automation workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, win-back sequences, and lifecycle marketing
- Create and execute promotional campaigns, discount offers, and conversion-driving initiatives
- Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on user behavior and customer journey stage
Additional Description
- 5+ years in CRO, marketing automation, or growth marketing with B2C companies
- Hands-on experience with email automation platforms (Customer.io preferred, Klaviyo or similar)
- Proven track record of website and post-lead conversion rate growth
- Customer journey mapping and multi-channel optimization experience
- Analytics proficiency – comfortable making quick decisions from data insights
- Experience managing agencies and coordinating with technical teams
