What the job involves
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy based on the company’s business roadmap.Identify and secure high-value partnerships, customers, and market segments.Provide input into product-market fit, customer positioning, and commercialization strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, R&D, executive leadership) to align market strategies with product development.Represent All Focal Optics at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to raise awareness and generate leads.Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to technical and non-technical audiences.
Additional Description
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.Proven success in business development, strategic sales, or commercial leadership in a high-tech or optics-based environment.Experience creating and executing sales and marketing plans aligned with technical product roadmaps.Ability to bridge technical depth with market needs and communicate value effectively.5–10+ years of relevant experience (Director-level candidates should have 10+ years and experience leading growth initiatives).MBA or additional business training is a strong asset.
