Its Experience Design team creates services and digital products for public- and private-sector clients, drawing on user research, service design, interaction design, design systems, and design thinking.
Задачи:
- Conduct user research, discoveries, and design evaluations
- plan, scope, analyze, and communicate findings
- Transform business processes into user journeys through service design
- Create service blueprints, user journeys, flows, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, interface and component designs, specifications, presentations, and design pitches
- Develop user-centered, inclusive, and accessible services that meet user needs and business requirements
- Guide software engineers as they implement designs and collaborate with UX researchers, users, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams
- Lead workshops and inclusive design initiatives
- Translate user needs into journeys and demonstrate how solutions meet those needs with measurable value
- Reshape user stories and define acceptance criteria with the team
- Identify patterns and workflows across the wider system
- Contribute to analysis and synthesis, build consensus, and challenge assumptions
Требования:
- At least 3 years of design experience at a consumer-focused company or government body
- Degree in Design, Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Experience across the design and development lifecycle, from discovery through working with developers on the final solution
- Service Design/UX experience, including user journeys, flows, low- and high-fidelity designs, and prototype experiences for user testing
- Experience producing component-based UI or contributing to a design system
- Experience designing mobile, tablet, and desktop interfaces and products that meet accessibility standards
- Understanding of typography, colour theory, branding, and information hierarchy
- Good understanding of how digital services are designed, developed, and operated
- Understanding of agile and lean practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- A portfolio showcasing design process and thinking
