- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from sourcing to close
- Build and manage strong pipelines of high-quality candidates
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role needs and scorecards
- Craft candidate experiences from first touch to offer
- Iterate on recruiting strategies and sourcing channels
- Build scalable processes, systems, and reporting to support hiring at scale
- Help build the employer brand across LinkedIn, events, and referrals
Требования:
- 4+ Years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in a high-growth startup
- Strong sourcing skills and a creative approach to finding top talent
- Experience recruiting software engineers, product managers, and data scientists
- Ability to own roles end-to-end with minimal oversight
- Strong communication, judgment, and candidate-closing skills
- Deep interest in AI, technology, and building early-stage teams
- Organized, fast-moving, and excited about making hiring a strategic advantage
